We recommend 1–3 weeks lead time depending on quantity and complexity. We can also accommodate express corporate requests when feasible.

Yes. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend scheduling early for peak seasons.

Yes. During checkout, simply select “I prefer to remain anonymous” in the Sender section.

We accept Paystack-powered payments, card payments and bank transfers. Corporate clients may request payment terms subject to approval.

For same day delivery, do within 30 minutes of payment. After that, your order may have already moved into processing.

3. DELIVERY FAQS

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for fresh flowers and add-ons. These orders are delivered within 2–4 hours after payment confirmation, depending on the delivery location.
For gift boxes and hampers, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, or longer for bulk orders, interstate deliveries, or high-volume festive periods.

We deliver across Lagos for all items, and nationwide for non-perishable gifts (Zone G).

If unreachable, your order returns to our office and a second delivery fee applies.

Yes we can. Select Zone F at checkout if you want us to handle recipient communication.

4. FRESH FLOWERS CARE FAQS

Fresh flowers typically last 3–7 days with proper care.

  • Keep flowers in a cool space, away from sunlight.
  • Change water every 24–48 hours.
  • Trim stems at a 45° angle every 1–2 days.
  • Remove wilted petals as they appear.

No please. Fresh flowers are limited to Lagos due to their delicate nature.
