Yes. We offer fully bespoke and semi-custom gift options. Simply reach out to us or select a customization option on the product page.
Can I trust the quality of your gifts?
Absolutely. Every Sapphaster gift is curated by our creative team using premium, globally sourced items and artisan finishes.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes. We work with businesses to create premium corporate gifts for events, clients, employees, and PR packages.
How soon should I book for corporate or bulk orders?
We recommend 1–3 weeks lead time depending on quantity and complexity. We can also accommodate express corporate requests when feasible.
Can you help me create gifts based on a specific concept or theme?
Yes we can. Brief us on your vision and we’ll handle the curation, sourcing, design and execution. Our team excels at thematic gifting.
Do you curate gift boxes for weddings and high-touch events?
Yes we handle bridal party boxes, wedding welcome hampers, speaker gifts, VIP gifting suites and more.
2. ORDERING & CHECKOUT FAQS
How do I place an order?
Select your preferred product, fill in the Sender’s Information, Receiver’s Information, and Special Message section, then proceed to checkout.
Can I schedule my order for a later date?
Yes. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend scheduling early for peak seasons.
Can I order anonymously?
Yes. During checkout, simply select “I prefer to remain anonymous” in the Sender section.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paystack-powered payments, card payments and bank transfers. Corporate clients may request payment terms subject to approval.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes you can, by contacting our customer service team.
For same day delivery, do within 30 minutes of payment. After that, your order may have already moved into processing.
3. DELIVERY FAQS
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for fresh flowers and add-ons. These orders are delivered within 2–4 hours after payment confirmation, depending on the delivery location.
For gift boxes and hampers, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, or longer for bulk orders, interstate deliveries, or high-volume festive periods.
Do you deliver nationwide?
We deliver across Lagos for all items, and nationwide for non-perishable gifts (Zone G).
What happens if the recipient is unavailable?
If unreachable, your order returns to our office and a second delivery fee applies.
Can you contact the recipient on my behalf?
Yes we can. Select Zone F at checkout if you want us to handle recipient communication.
4. FRESH FLOWERS CARE FAQS
How long will my flowers last?
Fresh flowers typically last 3–7 days with proper care.
How should I care for my floral arrangement?
- Keep flowers in a cool space, away from sunlight.
- Change water every 24–48 hours.
- Trim stems at a 45° angle every 1–2 days.
- Remove wilted petals as they appear.
Can my flowers be delivered outside Lagos?
No please. Fresh flowers are limited to Lagos due to their delicate nature.
