By placing an order with Sapphaster, you agree to the following terms. All orders must be fully paid before processing or delivery begins. Delivery timelines start after payment confirmation, and customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Same-day delivery applies only to fresh flowers and add-ons and is completed within 2–4 hours depending on the location. Giftboxes, hampers, and bulk or customized orders typically require 2–4 working days or longer for interstate deliveries. If a delivery is delayed due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or incomplete information, additional charges may apply.
Orders may only be edited or cancelled within 30 minutes of payment and only if production has not begun. Once work has started, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. Because our products include fresh flowers, perishable items, and custom-curated hampers, Sapphaster does not accept returns. Refunds are not offered for incorrect delivery information, failed delivery due to unavailability, recipient refusal, or personalized items. Refunds are only considered when an item is unavailable and a suitable substitution is not acceptable to the customer, or if Sapphaster is unable to fulfill the order within the promised timeline. Refund decisions are at Sapphaster’s discretion.
In rare cases where a product or flower type is unavailable, Sapphaster may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value while maintaining the aesthetic and quality represented on our website. Product photos serve as visual guides; natural variations may occur due to seasonal availability and the handcrafted nature of our work.
All personal information provided by customers and recipients is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
